Email notifications

Enable email notifications
1. You can configure the system to send a periodic report of notifications to your email address on a daily and weekly basis. By default, the feature is not activated.
 
2. To access the configuration screen, simply click on your user profile image in the user menu or navigate to the user profile page and click on the "Notification settings" tab. From there, you have the option to select different frequencies for Attentions and Alerts.
 
 
 
3. Click Save Changes
 

4. The email will provide a comprehensive list of all the relevant activities that have been recorded in the system since the last email was sent. For each activity, there will be a "View Details" link that will redirect you to the app and open the dashboard with the corresponding time period, vessel, and activity already selected, allowing you to easily access the full context.
